Candidates who have completed their Class 10 and Class 12 from an open school or distance learning without regular basic education from Class 1 to 10 are not eligible for MH CET Law.
Candidates who have completed their basic regular education from Class 1 to 10 and completed their Class 12 from an open college or university or through distance learning are eligible for MH CET Law 2025.

Open Category – Candidates who belong to general category in Maharashtra and all candidates outside Maharashtra

SBC – Special backward class candidates of Maharashtra state
OBC – Other backward castes category candidates of Maharashtra state
